If you notify TLC that you do not wish to receive marketing information from them, or be contacted by them for promotional purposes in connection with mytreats programme and / or by any supplier, TLC will comply with such a request and pass on any relevant request to suppliers. If for any reason TLC need to transfer personal information outside of the UK for a specific purpose, they will ensure that it is treated by the relevant standards.
