1. This offer is open to UK and Republic of Ireland residents aged 18 or over, and excludes employees of TLC Incentives Ltd, its clients or agencies and their immediate families.
  2. To qualify, claimants must purchase selected YAZOO bottles or a multipack and visit the website in order to redeem the offer.
  3. The flight offer entitles the bearer to one economy class European return flight (excluding all applicable taxes, flight supplements, a £5 booking fee and credit card charges) to one of the below destinations when another flight of the same value or more is paid for at the normal rate. Both travellers must travel together on the same flights. Destinations: Amsterdam, Paris, Rome, Milan, Dublin, Madrid, Lisbon, Berlin, Oslo and Krakow.
  4. Flights are available from major airports including Manchester, Newcastle, London, Bournemouth, Nottingham, Belfast, Manchester, Edinburgh, Liverpool, Dublin, Shannon and Cork.
  5. Departures from other airports may be available but may require a supplement and/or a connection via another airport at your own cost.
  6. The departure airport and destination will determine the airline used. Travel to and from any airports is excluded from this promotion.
  7. The recipient will need to pay airport taxes and fees, a £5 booking fee and any regional supplements that may apply for both flights.
  8. All taxes and charges are non-refundable once you have confirmed your flight booking in writing.
  9. Payment made by Visa or MasterCard will incur a 3% charge. Maestro and Delta incur a charge of up to 1%.
  10. Claimants must submit their downloaded and completed Booking Request Form ( and till receipt if required) to Take Off With YAZOO, PO Box 468, Swansea, SA1 1RH. Booking Request Forms must be received at least 30 days prior to your earliest preferred departure date. Failure to adhere to all of these points will result in your application being deemed invalid and it not being processed.
  11. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt. It is recommended that customers send their Booking Request Forms by registered or recorded delivery.
  12. The closing date for the receipt of Booking Request Forms at the address stated is 18.02.11. All bookings must be made by 18.03.11 and all European flights must be taken by 17.04.11.
  13. By sending the completed Booking Request Form, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
  14. The booking instructions (how to book) and all other information stated within this document also form part of the terms and conditions of this offer.
  15. Photocopied, scanned, illegible or defaced Booking Request Forms will not be accepted and the claim will be deemed invalid.
  16. TLC and the Promoter reserve the right to refuse to redeem Booking Request Forms if submitted by persons other than those to whom they were issued.
  17. The 2 for 1 European flight offer has no monetary value, is non-transferable, cannot be resold and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or redeemed in whole or part for cash.
  18. All bookings must include at least one Saturday night stay in your chosen destination. The maximum length of your stay will be one month.
  19. On receipt of your Booking Request Form you will be contacted within 28 days to confirm availability and any charges arising from additional passengers, supplements or taxes. Offer excludes Public Holidays and Bank Holidays in both departure and destination countries. It also excludes travel between December 10th and January 10th and February 13th and 15th inclusive.
  20. The offer is based on advance bookings only. All flights are subject to promotional availability on a first come, first served basis.
  21. TLC will use reasonable endeavours to book your preferred flight but this cannot be guaranteed. If the flights requested are unavailable the Booking Team will contact you with alternative flights or dates for travel. Such an offer will fulfil our promotional obligations to you.
  22. Once your booking has been confirmed in writing your tickets/confirmation letter will be posted or emailed to you within 21 days of the booking being confirmed.
  23. Once your flight has been confirmed in writing it cannot be amended in any way. If you cancel your flight at this point you forfeit your right to use the voucher
  24. Only one flight voucher may be used per person and no more than two vouchers may be used per household and per booking group for the duration of the promotional period.
  25. It is the responsibility of the applicant and all other travellers to ensure that they have a valid passport and any necessary visas or other required documentation to comply with travel and immigration regulations.
  26. TLC and the Promoter cannot be held responsible for any alterations to flight schedules, routes and destinations. TLC and the Promoter reserve the right to use alternative suppliers if necessary. TLC and the Promoter further reserve the right to withdraw this offer without notice in the event of war, earthquake, catastrophe, strikes or similar event.
  27. The Promoter reserves the right to vary prices, times and offer availability (e.g. public holidays).
  28. Neither the Promoter, nor its agents or distributors can accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged Booking Request Forms and the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend any details and/or offers.
  29. The Promoter, TLC and distributors are not responsible for the management of the airlines and will accept neither liability nor claims for disappointments or dispute in relation to your flight. The Promoter makes no guarantee about any aspect of the quality or performance of the airlines.
  30. The Promoter, its agents and distributors do not guarantee the quality and/or availability of the services offered by the airlines and cannot be held responsible for any resulting disagreements. Liability is not accepted for any personal loss (including but not limited to wasted expenditure), resulting from you or any other member(s) of your booking group taking a flight, caused by matters beyond the Promoter's reasonable control. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
  31. In the event of unforeseen circumstances TLC reserve the right to withdraw or substitute the offer with one of equal or greater value.
